We begin our 12 month year together here: SEPTEMBER 21st, 2025
These days mark a significant shift.
We are inside of the turning of a great tide.
It’s not only today’s eclipse.
Tomorrow begins Rosh Hashana, the Jewish new year.
In 2 days we move Qi Nodes, from “White Dew” to “Autumn Equinox”
And October 1st we move through the ritual portal of Yom Kipur.
Together, these events describe what has become myth embodied inside of our human collective.
The Qi of the seasons, changing phase.
These shifts move our energy, the bioelectric current running through the flesh of our bodies.
They inform our mood, our emotions, where we find our hearts pulled toward.
They bring new fragments of our oversoul back into orbit.
Eclipse
The Eclipse has come in like a lightning bolt inside of a vast cavern of stillness.
Both illuminating and searing, like an engraving. A rewriting of an old pathway.
This whole year has carved new space inside the vessel of the being.
Inside this space lives a great quietude. One within which we can hear the subtle, breathing hum of what is truly alive.
And this living, breathing hum has called down a holy fire.
One that burns pathways of vitality through the old, dead brush of what has fallen away.
Rosh Hashana
The head (rosh) of the (ha) year (shana)
(The head as a direct energetic portal to pure divine consciousness.)
The spiritual new year. The marker of what ceases to be, and what comes into being.
A signifier of our endless, innate divinity.
A remembrance of the truth and beauty inside of the diaphanous.
A recommitment to the preeminence of God.
Qi Node - Autumn Equinox
At the equinox we are now fully immersed in the Metal Element.
Metal cuts. It inspires not just decision about what’s going and falling away - it inspires action.
This is it. The cut. The release. We let go of what is leaving and we honor it.
We honor it by opening to our grief and mourning.
We let it fall out of the patterning of our hearts.
We let the grief cleanse the space where what’s no longer needed once lived.
The is the month of the Large Intestine meridian. That which opens to release what no longer serves.
This is the Yang Ming warp. The pathway of energy that gives us the physical Qi and Blood - the vitality necessary - to make this shift. But - we must conduct ourselves in support of the energy in order to have that Qi and Blood available to us.
Yom Kipur
A day of forgiveness (of self, other, life, god) as a purification and purge.
This is the day that Jews dedicate to connecting with our grief.
This is the day where we fast and give ourselves fully to the infinite connection that happens inside of true opening.
There is a theme running through these cross cultural markers. Whether we have cultivated awareness or not, our very cells are pulsating with the electric energy of cutting away what no longer serves in an act of reconnection and recommitment to our divine path forward.

How we hold ourselves through this passage matters.
How we make space for ourselves matters.
What we eat during it matters.
Our CONDUCT matters.
It prepares us for the entire year ahead.
It sets us up for closer alignment, deeper connection, and more vitality and physical health.
On the 21st of each month going forward, I will be marking the shifts of the year inside my new Temple of Living Qi.
This is a 12 month membership for women of connection and adherence to the conduct that holds us best through the seasonal and energetic shifts of the year.
Each month moves through 2 Qi Nodes, astrological events, spiritual portals, and energy we as women feel VISCERALLY in our bodies.
Each month offers enormous potential to consciously participate in our own embodied unfolding.
Conscious awareness.
Emotional openness.
Sleep.
Diet.
Movement.
Medicine.
These 12 months serve as a bridge between the “knowing” and the doing. We are bringing the energy of the year into our bodies.
